Pre-Improvers
This class focuses on building technical strength and confidence while polishing arm, head & leg coordination in preparation for Improvers 1.Studio classes will start with 10-15 mins of foot mobilising and strengthening exercises and body conditioning, particluarly good for those en pointe or training towards it.
Suitable for those who are confident and polished with all Beginners 3 material (including Beginner-General) or for those already attending Improvers 1 who need a little extra help.
There are supporting handouts and videos for each lesson.
A 30 min add-on Pointe class for Complete Beginners follows the 90 minute class.

Class Format: We will work on building strength, mobility and articulation in the feet plus some body conditioning exercises for the first 15 mins of each class so you will need to be able to be in bare feet for the start. Particularly good if your working towards pointework or need to strengthen your feet and ankles. The 30 min Complete Beginners Pointe add-on is for those assessed by Ballet for You as being ready for Pointe.
What to bring: Please bring a theraband and hard massage ball
