Improvers 2
This class is for adults who have successfully mastered all the elements in Improvers 1 and are competent with double pirouettes and ready to learn fouettés, more complex batterie such as brisé and entrechat trois and more challenging grand allegro such as grand jeté en tournant, grand fouetté sauté and saut de basque. You should attend at least twice a week to be strong enough for this level; can also be taken with Improvers 1 if less advanced or with Advanced 1 if more experienced. Those attending pointework afterwards must already be sufficiently skilled and strong enough for relevés on one leg in the centre. This course is also suitable for ballet-fit returning dancers who received vocational training to a high level. A special discount package is available on Tuesdays which starts at 6.30pm with Ballet Floor-barre, followed by Improvers 2 Class & Elementary Pointe which comes with a saving of £35.(Repertoire will return in the Autumn term)
