Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)


PBT was developed by Australian Ballet dancer and adjudicator, Marie Walton-Mahon and is a great compliment to ballet, identifying and correcting imbalances while building the right kind of muscle memory that you can bring into your ballet class. This class is taught online only and requires a fit ball, pilates ball and theraband.
(Minimum of one year's recent ballet training)

Equipment


You’ll need a fit-ball to the following dimensions measured by diameter.
Under 4'8" = 45 cm ball | 4'8" to 5'3" = 55 cm ball | 5'4" to 5'10" = 65 cm ball | 5’11-6’4 = 75cm ball;
A soft pilates ball approx 20cm in diameter;
Medium strength theraband

Time: 1.00-2.00pm

Note that you must be at least at Beginners 3 level or have had 2 years+ of recent and regular ballet training to attend PBT online
