Ballet Courses for Adult Beginners & Improvers
- toning the whole body Level 2 is suitable for those who have completed Level 1 or for those who have done some recent basic ballet training to be at a similar stage. By the end of the course, you will have progressed to more challenging sequences using a wider range of steps. Foundation Ballet Course is ideal if you want to get your ballet training done earlier in the day. It follows the same course work as Level 1 but starts with an additional 15 minutes of floor exercises from Serena's special Ballet Floor-barre class - the perfect way to activate and strengthen the muscles and tendons specifically used in Ballet, fast-tracking your progress in class! Improvers Level is for adults who have either completed Level 2 Beginners, or for those who wish to work on technique and on developing their quality of movement. Classes will work on improving the basics in Ballet and introduce some of the more tricky elements of Ballet such as pirouettes and allegro.
