General Level Ballet - ideal for Returning Dancers

- returning after time off from Ballet?
- in need of more strength?
- at elementary level or above?
- in search of a class with a difference?

...then this is for you!

Classes focus on technique, coordination and quality of movement with emphasis on increasing stamina and strengthening muscles and tendons.  In addition to barre and centre work, classes start with 15 minutes of floor exercises from Serena's Special Ballet Floor-barre class to get your body in Ballet mode whilst strengthening and toning.  You'll leave feeling worked, energised and very much a dancer!
